Dikson Meches Toners
No-Ammonia cream toner is ideal for pre-lightened or previously processed hair. Meches toner offers protective conditioning action in 3-5 minutes. Mix 30 ml of Meches Toner with 60 ml of Dikson Meches developer. Apply to towel dry hair and allow to process for 3-5 minutes depending on the desired intensity of the shade.
